Oh. My. God! I saw a lot of articles earlier today regarding EXO’s member Baekhyun’s older brother’s wedding and decided to share my thoughts.
Yesterday (2013 28 September) should be the unforgettable moment in Byun Baek Beom (Baekhyun’s brother) and his other half’s lives but these obsessed fans ruined it. Even before EXO arrived, sasaeng fans found their way in where the wedding is being held. EXO is supposed to sing a congratulatory song for the couple but none of us expected what happened. Once EXO arrived at the venue, the sasaeng fans gone wild! They stood on top of the chairs and tables for the guests, destroying wedding props, pushing around the people present to witness the supposed to be special occasion just to snap photos and record videos of the EXO members who are present that day.
Obviously, Baekhyun’s relatives are not pleased to see the chaos that fans did and give him dirty looks. Baekhyun apologized one by one to the guests and relatives and personally went to the waiting room to apologized to the bride who got a shock from the ruckus sasaeng fans made. The wedding continued despite of the things happening. When the time EXO was going to sing, fans crowded over the idols and pushed the people watching to get close up shots of the boys. Same thing happened with the cake cutting. Sasaeng fans asked for autograph but the EXO members said, “Don’t do this right now. We can do it later.”
As you can see on the picture above, Baekhyun’s face is red from embarrassment and anger the whole time and told the fans “This is my one and only brother and his one and only wedding! Why would you do this?!”
At another point of the wedding, Baekhyun was ignoring all of the sasaeng fans and one of them hit him in the throat (most likely in attempt to damage his vocals).
As if what these sasaeng fans had done wasn’t enough, these crazy humans placed Chrysanthemum flowers (flowers traditionally placed for dead people) in front of the SMTOWN building and BCWC Store for Baekhyun. All because he ignored them. Seriously?! He has the right to get mad at them based from the chaos they made! Throughout the entire wedding, Baekhyun kept apologizing over and over to everyone. “We’re so sorry that these sasaeng fans are so insane and out of control. I honestly can’t fathom what goes through these psychos’ minds.”
As an EXO fan, I want to say sorry to the newly wed couple who was unhappy on their wedding day because of the sasaeng fans. Now I understand why Tao has lost his patience and posted his rant about not getting privacy and being stalked on his Weibo account.
Also, a sasaeng fan posted a pretty disturbing message on her Daum account regarding the incident. She said, “Baekhyun-ah, I told you, Stop messing around, or we really don’t know what we’ll do next. Why do you think we went all the way there and caused a fuss? Our puppy is so cute when he’s mad. But it’s time to tone down that personality isn’t it? You’re a public figure hehe. Try treating us like we’re insects one more time, we really don’t know what we’ll do next time. And send your brother our congratulations on his wedding~”
I was like, What the heck is wrong with you?! Are you really a fan or a psycho?! Things got totally out of hand. You’ve done enough trouble! Aren’t you satisfied yet? You pathetic, horrible, psychotic bitches! Sorry for swearing, it’s just all of us wants this to stop but they’re threatening Baekhyun now. They took it in a whole new level proving that they are really obsessed. Sasaengs are seriously messed up. Ruining Baekhyun’s brother’s WEDDING. A wedding is suppose to be a special day but thanks to the sasaengs, it isn’t anymore. Not like doing that isn’t enough, they hit Baekhyun’s throat for “revenge”. Are you kidding me?!
